We focus on wellbeing and inclusion to ensure we create positive social value and community resilience within the spaces we impact.
On our Market Square project, we are proud to be working with Homes for Homes – an innovative not-for-profit organisation established by The Big Issue – to help fight homelessness. By pledging 0.1% of all property sales, we can contribute to the creation of social and affordable housing – helping to house those in our community who need it most.

The 6 Star Green Star all-electric office tower in our Market Square development in Adelaide is ousting fossil fuels in favour of renewables.
