The 65-storey high-rise residential tower located at 299 King Street in Melbourne’s eastern city edge, comprises a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as a plethora of amenities. The tower’s sophisticated entertainment provisions include boardrooms, meeting spaces, a library, co-working lounge, games room including table tennis and billiards, lounge and BBQs, private dining rooms, whiskey parlour, function ballroom, champagne conservatory, gym, pool, and hydro spas.
The tower’s sleek facade is designed by award-winning architects Elenberg Fraser and features a unique curvature structure that plays with light and maximises the number of apartments that offer uninterrupted towards Flagstaff Garden, Docklands, and the city back towards Southbank.
