To be recognised as the 10th Best Place to Work in the micro-business category and ranked as the #1 property developer in Australia and New Zealand, creates external validity that recognises the huge efforts every ICDian puts into growing our remarkable culture and practicing acceptance, safety, creativity, and fun. Being labelled the #1 property developer in Australia and New Zealand for workplace culture and business practices is a huge honour ICD does not take lightly.
