ICD Property Ranked Top Ten Best Place to Work in Australia

Following the Great Place to Work announcement on 17^th of August 2022, ICD Property is extremely proud to share with everyone that we have been awarded the ‘#10 Best Place to Work in Australia’ Award by Great Place to Work.

The Great Place to Work Institute is internationally recognised as the most respected recognition program for workplace culture and employee engagement. With over 100 million employee engagement surveys globally, Great Place to Work gather and evaluate the world’s largest study of workplace excellence, measuring elements such as trust, work culture, and employee engagement and satisfaction.

As part of the award requirements, ICD Property underwent a very rigorous judging process and are extremely honoured and humbled to have placed within the top ten workplaces in Australia and New Zealand. To be recognised as the 10^th Best Place to Work in the micro-business category and ranked as the #1 property developer in Australia and New Zealand, creates external validity that recognises the huge efforts every ICDian puts into growing our remarkable culture and practicing acceptance, safety, creativity, and fun. Being labelled the #1 property developer in Australia and New Zealand for workplace culture and business practices is a huge honour ICD does not take lightly.
