ICD Property’s Market Square Wins at The Urban Developer’s 2022 Awards

ICD Property is extremely excited and honoured to have our project Market Square be recognised as a finalist in two categories of the prestigious Urban Developer’s 2022 Awards. This year, Market Square was shortlisted as a finalist in the categories of:

EXCELLENCE IN PROJECT MARKETING

This award recognises excellence in the sales, leasing, project marketing, public relations or corporate communications of an organisation or project.

EXCELLENCE IN SUSTAINABILITY

This award recognises a project, initiative or product that demonstrates best practise sustainability in design, engineering, construction, building supplies or product development.

We could not be more excited to announce at the recent Awards gala it was revealed Market Square was ultimately appointed this year’s winner of the Excellence in Project Marketing award.

Although ICD did unfortunately fall short of being awarded the Excellence in Sustainability award, we remain extremely proud and humbled to have been shortlisted as one of the few finalists out of hundreds of national applicants.

The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence commend the best of urban development across Australia and New Zealand. Their awards provide a platform to commemorate leadership and success in the industry, whilst allowing businesses to showcase how they are positively shaping our cities. Being nominated as finalists, and ultimately winning one of these awards, is a huge honour.

Market Square is proudly developed in partnership with the City of Adelaide, with a strong joint vision for this iconic destination – to create a world-class gathering place for local and global visitors, showcasing and celebrating the best of South Australia. This $400 million redevelopment of the Adelaide Central Market Will help convert the iconic landmark into a sustainable, vibrant and mixed-used precinct comprising new artisan retail, boutique residences, a high-end hotel, A-grade offices, a childcare and a public rooftop garden terrace.

Market Square’s award-winning sales and marketing campaign delivered record breaking property sales in Adelaide. The creative strategy comprised a mix of PR, media, partnerships, digital, socials, and more – culminating in an overwhelmingly successful outcome whereby Market Square sold over 80% of residents within its first few weeks of launching. Making it the fastest ever selling project in Adelaide history.
