The start of the new financial year signalled the start of a few career progressions at ICD Property with the following internal promotions coming into effect from 1 July 2019.

Jake Griffiths promoted to Development Manager.

Hayley Randall promoted to People Development Manager.

Laura Burgess promoted to HR Coordinator.

Jake joined ICD Property in 2015 and quickly progressed into the Development and Construction team where he has assisted in the delivery of ICD Property’s expansive property portfolio. Working on a wide range of projects including Gen Fyansford – a circa 1,200-lot community estate in Geelong – Jake’s continually demonstrated strong analytical thinking and natural leadership, establishing himself as a valued team member of ICD.

Since both joining ICD Property in 2016, Hayley and Laura have launched the company’s HR department into a new age of innovative thinking with their creativity and holistic approach to people development. They have been extremely valuable in helping maintain and grow ICD Property’s incredible culture, as well as ensuring the office is always a friendly, welcoming, and supportive environment. Understanding the increased modern demands on employees to balance their personal and professional lives, Hayley and Laura have also implemented various new policies and processes that benefit staff such as Career Mapping.

ICD Property is proud to announce the new titles for these hardworking employees and congratulates Jake, Hayley, and Laura on their achievements.
