ICD Property welcomes team into new positions
Part of ICD Property’s reflection at the end of 2018 – on top of celebrating the incredible successes the company experienced in securing several new and exciting projects – was acknowledging all the personal growth within the team.
From overcoming challenges with innovative solutions to proactively adding value to projects, ICD Property is extremely proud of the company’s talented team of staff. To recognise hard work and realign roles accordingly, several members of the ICD Property team are stepping into new roles commencing 1 January 2019.
Sal Quah
Previously ICD Property’s Director of Operations, Sal has been promoted to Deputy Managing Director where he will support Managing Director, Matthew Khoo, to drive ICD Property’s success. His responsibilities now include providing company direction, overseeing the satisfactory completion of projects, management of key stakeholders and partners, and developing staff.
Alice Smith
After several years as a Development Manager, Alice’s new role as Development Director will involve overseeing the Development & Construction Team and newly formed Innovation Hub. ICD Property’s Innovation Hub is a new arm of the company responsible for benchmarking global best practices and investigating prop-tech opportunities to pursue.
Gary Sandhu
Since joining ICD Property, Gary’s extensive knowledge of finance, reporting, and compliance have been a great asset to the team. In his new position as Financial Reporting Manager he will oversee monthly budgeting, corporate reporting, and company-wide financial processes.
