Matthew Khoo Promoted to Managing Director

ICD Property is proud to announce long-standing Deputy Managing Director, Matthew Khoo, has been promoted to Managing Director with his new title taking effect immediately.

As Managing Director, Matthew will oversee ICD Property’s business strategy, innovations, key relationships, and execution of transactions. Working with other members of the Senior Management Team, Matthew will also continue to ensure ICD Property’s vision is delivered through all projects.

After graduating from Melbourne University with a Bachelor in Commerce, Property, and Construction and a Master’s in Applied Finance, Matthew’s career began at leading Australian property house Jones Lang LaSalle. As a Research and Investment Consultant, Matthew gained great knowledge of the property industry. Matthew then progressed to Macquarie Group as a Cash Product Strategist before settling at ANZ Bank as an Institutional Property Finance Analyst. Matthew’s extensive background in finance and investment services primely positioned him to join ICD Property in 2013 within the investment team. Soon after demonstrating great leadership skills, he was promoted to Deputy Managing Director.
