At the completion of 2018’s financial year, ICD’s entire staff gathered to celebrate and reflect on the group’s success.
The annual awards ceremony also took place with Padraig Dignan winning the Innovation Award for demonstrating forward thinking, Emma Lindell winning the Consideration Award for her constant attention to others, Bobby Kennedy winning the Passion Award for the dedication to his work, and Jacob Griffiths winning the Collaboration Award for his efforts to work in partnership with others.
These awards – each reflecting ICD’s values – not only commend individual staff members for upholding and operating with the company’s ethos at heart, but also recognise the incredible culture that’s been cultivated at ICD over time.
Managing Director Michael Mai said “Everybody at ICD lives by our values. They reflect who we are. Together as a team we have been able to achieve some amazing results in 2017 – 2018, such as two awards at the National Executive PA Awards for Best Organised Event in Australia and NZ and runner up Employer of the Year.
“These awards on top of being an honour to receive, make me proud of the family ICD has become. We are still a relatively new company but have completed projects that are globally recognised and work with top-tier consultants worldwide. To achieve all that in such a short period of time is a testimony to the team’s hard work and determination.” Michael said.
ICD is excited for the year ahead and look forward to delivering more innovative and exceptional projects to our purchasers and investors.
