Designed by industry acclaimed architects Craig Tan Architects, HWKR was listed as a 2018 shortlisted finalist in the ‘Hospitailty Design’ category of the Australian Interior Design Awards.
Featuring neon signage, timber furnishing, LED lighting, and various screen displays throughout the centre – HWKR is an innovative and futuristic Asian food centre in Melbourne’s CBD.
With an emphasis on creating a socially thriving village-like atmohpshere to encourage communal interaction and engagement, HWKR has taken inspiration from the much-loved hawker centres of South East Asia integrating modern Melbourne context.
