At the 2015 REIV Awards for Excellence, which recognise outstanding achievements and innovations in all fields of real estate practice, ICD’s Maple project was proud to take home the winning title of Best Project Marketing.
Located at the corner of Power St and Burwood Rd in Hawthorn, Maple’s 51 luxury apartments experienced quick sell-out under the guidance of CBRE.
Proud of the successful partnership formed between ICD and leading sales agents CBRE, ICD’s Operations Director Sal Quah, said “The Real Estate Institute Awards are extremely prestigious within the property and real estate industries, so the win is a wonderful demonstration of CBRE’s superior efforts for Maple”.
