ICD expands into Auckland
ICD Property are proud to announce after a competitive tender process we have now acquired our first international project in Auckland NZ!
The car park site located at 65 – 71 Federal Street is primly positioned in close proximity to Auckland’s Sky City Casino, a major tourist and entertainment precinct.
Settlement is set to occur in April 2019 with ICD extremely excited by the opportunity to take our innovative ideas to a new city.
ICD’s Deputy Managing Director Matthew Khoo said “This site represents an exciting step in ICD’s growth. Auckland drew our attention because it has strong market fundamentals, strong economic growth, and in recent years has become a truly global city”.
