ICD Property’s positive and diverse work culture was recognised at last month’s National Executive PA Awards in Sydney, taking home runner up for ‘Employer of the Year’ across Australia and New Zealand. Senior Executive Assistant Emma Lindell was also awarded runner up for ‘Best Organised Event Australia & New Zealand’.
The recognition of ‘Best Organised Event Australia & New Zealand’ award was presented to Emma for her planning and organizing of the Eq. Tower Completion Party, which was held in May of 2017 to celebrate ICD Property’s first high-rise development.
“It was great to see ICD Property acknowledged in the Executive PA Awards. We are proud of our team and all that we have achieved. We are constantly implementing new initiatives for staff to ensure their happiness in the workplace and constant progression in their career. Last year was a massive year for ICD Property and we only plan to be bigger and better in 2018,” states Managing Director Michael Mai.
The team celebrated at Doltone House Hyde Park with organisations from all over Australia. The event kicked off with a memorable key note speech from guest speaker Amna Karra-Hassan, the founder of the first AFL women’s team in Western Sydney, and speeches from inspiring international leaders.
