Michael Mai recognised at HKABA Awards

ICD Property Managing Director Michael Mai has been recognised for his ongoing support to increase activity between Australia, Hong Kong and China being named a finalist for Young Professional of the Year in the Hong Kong Australia Business Association Awards for Excellence.

ICD Property itself was also named as a finalist in the Excellence in Bilateral Trade category. All Victorian chapter finalists will now be considered for the National HKABA Business Awards to be held in September.

Mai moved to Melbourne from China aged 15 to study. He fell in love with the city so he decided to stay.

He founded ICD Property in 2009 to harness his passion for developing innovative and sustainable properties in enhancing the Australian skyline. Recently celebrating the completion party for the Eq.Tower located at 127-141 A’Beckett Street in Melbourne CBD, Mai will continue to focus on propelling the local property market further by providing international recognition of Australian development across Asia. The company has just opened an office in Sydney to continue its national expansion.

The Annual HKABA Victoria Chapter Business Awards recognises companies and prominent employees leading the charge for innovation and excellence regarding international trade between Australia, Hong Kong and China.
