ICD Property has expanded its national footprint and has opened an office in Sydney CBD with two of its associates Wins Partners and Beaver Capital, to reflect its growing focus on the city. ICD Property’s initial work in Sydney is to successfully deliver the redevelopment of the City Tattersalls Club in Pitt Street as well as the expansion of its property development business in general. ICD Property opened in Melbourne in 2009 in the same location it is currently at – Level 18, 303 Collins St in Melbourne CBD.
Its new Sydney offices are located at Level 19, 233 Castlereagh Street, where a soft launch was held with key partners and consultants. “Our focus is to drive our presence in Sydney and take our award-winning work to Australia’s harbour city,” said ICD Property Deputy Managing Director Matt Khoo.
“Through the involvement in City Tattersalls Club, we have been in Sydney for a couple of years but we wanted to give ourselves a bigger and permanent presence and this meant opening an office. We are committed to growing our profile in Sydney and we believe this is a small but important step in that process.”
