Michael Mai and the ICD Property team recently welcomed partners, investors, friends and family to join them in celebrating the completion of Eq. Tower, the company’s first high rise development.

The completion party was an opportunity for ICD Property to celebrate the unequivocal success of the project and to thank their partners Elenberg Fraser, Multiplex, Sinclair Brook, MaxCap Group and other consultants involved.

Mr. Mai also took the opportunity to acknowledge the significant involvement of Sino-Ocean Land, ICD Property’s joint venture partner for the landmark development.

“Eq. Tower was made possible through the joint venture arrangement with Sino-Ocean Land, one of China’s largest development companies. The partnership streamlined the development process and enabled us to create the masterpiece that is Eq. Tower. We are pleased to have developed a strong and fruitful relationship with Sino-Ocean Land and look forward to working with the company again in the future,” Mr. Mai said.

Eq. Tower is a 65-level residential tower on A’Beckett Street, Melbourne, comprising 633 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ground level retail precinct and six levels of car parking. The building features an amazing array of communal amenities for residents to enjoy including a dining room with adjoining kitchen, lounge room with kitchen, cinema room, two karaoke suites, games room, cinema room, gymnasium, 25m swimming pool, spa, sauna, sundeck, barbecue area and shared bicycles.
