Gen Fyansford Display Village
Gen Fyansford celebrated the launch of its Display Village with award-winning builders and local Geelong talent.
The day was an enormous success filled with family entertainment from start to finish and a warm Geelong welcome from local businesses. With Horizon Release A having launched a week earlier the Display Village Launch added to the success of the release resulting in 18 lots sold in its first two weeks! Horizon Release B was delivered to market on the day of the Display Village Launch comprising multiple house and land packages from nationally recognised builders including Metricon, Burbank, Boutique, Hamlan, Homebuyers, Simonds, JG King, and New Select Homes. All day long children enjoyed attractions including a magic show, jumping castle, face painting, and animal petting zoo – while adults attended interior design seminars and one-on-one consultations with Australia’s best builders.
For all current and prospective buyers, there was a warm welcome from local parties like ‘The Press Truck’ providing coffee and sandwiches, the ‘Lions Club’ running a sausage sizzle, and local radio station ‘K-Rock’ broadcasting live from the event. Visitors also had the chance to win prizes and giveaways throughout the day before enjoying an ice cream from ‘Birregurra Ice-cream’ and chatting to fire fighters from the Geelong West County Fire Authority.
