Hosted by Manager Director Michael Mai, the relaxed evening was an opportunity for ICD Property to showcase their polished new office environment.
The interior designers behind the design, Andrew Parr and Leo Terrando of SJB, drew inspiration from the unique culture that ICD Property reflects and constructed a space of innovation, collaboration and creativity.
With an emphasis on providing a space that is energy efficient and adaptable, Parr and Terrando successfully created an office environment that exhumes a sense of community and belonging.
“Who would have thought seven years ago when we first started we would be where we are today? We now manage nearly $1.7 billion worth in projects in Melbourne and Sydney. Our new office space is testament to our commitment and dedication to the ICD Property team and their workplace comfort,” Mr Mai said.
“The office refurbishment is one of initiatives the Senior Management Team has implemented to demonstrate ICD Property’s innovative capabilities, both in our commitment to partnering with key consultants and our dedication to our staff and their wellbeing,”
“Our philosophy has always been to surround ourselves with the best in the business and these relationships have taken us to where we are today,” Mr Mai continued.
Mr Mai thanked the guests for their support over the years and toasted to continuing their partnerships and successes in the years to come.
