Australian property development company ICD Property has promoted Director of Finance and Development Manager Matt Khoo as its new Deputy Managing Director.

ICD Managing Director Michael Mai said that Mr Khoo’s promotion is a reflection of the growth that the company has made over the past year as well as a nod to Mr Khoo’s leadership for the company while Mr Mai has been focusing on other ventures.

“A lot of our projects have reached a stage where they are well underway and running smoothly, which is a testament to Matt’s hard work over the past few years, especially with our Eq. Tower and Gen Fyansford sites,” says Mr Mai.

“Matt has been an invaluable part of the Executive Team at ICD Property.”

Mr Khoo said he was excited to be at the forefront of the national company. “It’s such an exciting time for ICD at the moment, and I’m truly grateful that Michael has given me this fantastic opportunity.”

ICD Property has recently signed a joint venture partnership with billion-dollar Thai developer and investor Supalai, who have bought a 50 per cent stake into Gen Fyansford estate located in Geelong.

ICD Property hold projects across Melbourne and Sydney, with their Eq. Tower project located on A’Beckett Street in Melbourne near completion of Phase One, and another development at the coveted City Tattersalls Club redevelopment on Pitt Street, Sydney.
