ICD Property congratulates CBRE Residential Projects team on winning the Real Estate Institute of Victoria's (REIV) award for Best Project Marketing for our sold out luxury residential development, Maple in Hawthorn.
ICD Property’s Operations Director, Sal Quah, said that the award is testament to the hard work of CBRE, which led to a hugely successful sale of all of Maple’s 51 units.
“ICD Property is thrilled by this win for CBRE. The REIV Awards of Excellence are prestigious in the property and real estate industry, so the win is a wonderful demonstration of CBRE’s superior efforts for Maple,” he said.
The awards were presented at an REIV gala function at Crown Palladium in October. Categories are always highly contested with a record number of nominations across several award categories this year.
Maple has 51 luxury apartments, which range from one to three bedrooms, and is located in the heart of Hawthorn on the corner of Burwood Road and Power Street.
